The San José Ecological School is an educational institution located in the heart of Petén, Guatemala, dedicated to training young people committed to sustainable development and the conservation of tropical ecosystems.
We offer full scholarships to national and international students who have completed ninth grade, with environmental vocation and high academic performance, from any tropical region of the planet.

Monday to Saturday
Available Shifts
Morning: 7:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Afternoon: 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
What we offer
No enrollment or monthly fees for all scholarship recipients.
On-campus accommodation at no cost for international students.
Three daily meals included for international students.
Equipped classrooms and practice areas in a privileged natural setting.
Free access to fully equipped chemistry and biology laboratories.
Hands-on learning in direct contact with the ecosystems of Petén.

You will receive an access link to the online exam with the assigned date and time sent directly to your email.
Take the exam on the scheduled date. A minimum score of 80 points is required for admission.
